Using this site
By visiting ovionlabs.com, booking a call, or calling our demo line, you agree to these terms. Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our service and getting in touch.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, and do not use our demo line for anything unlawful, abusive, or automated at volume. We may limit or refuse access if you do.
The demo agent
Our demo line is answered by an AI receptionist for a sample HVAC, plumbing and electrical business, provided so you can hear how the service behaves. Anything it says, including appointment times, pricing, or availability, is illustrative only and creates no obligation on our part.
Demo calls may be recorded or transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. Callers can also use the demo agent to book a call directly with our team. Do not share sensitive personal, medical, or payment information with the demo agent.
No warranty
This site and the demo are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Statistics and claims shown on the site come from third-party industry sources and are provided for context, not as a promise of results.
To the extent permitted by law, Ovion Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo.
Intellectual property
The Ovion Labs name, logo, site design, copy, and all other material on this site belong to Ovion Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without our written permission. You may share links to the site freely.
Third-party services
Scheduling is handled by Cal.com, and calls are handled by our telephony and voice providers. When you use those features you are also subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party site we link to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
