What we collect
When you book a call with us, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, and phone number. If we reached out to you first, we may already hold a business email address obtained from publicly available sources as part of a cold outreach campaign.
If you call our demo line, the call is handled by our AI receptionist and may be recorded or transcribed so we can review and improve how it performs.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold demo calls, and follow up about our service. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run scheduling and email.
Cookies
This site uses one small stored value to remember your cookie choice. No analytics or tracking cookies are set unless you accept them in the banner. If you decline, nothing beyond that preference is stored.
Deleting your data
Email info@ovionlabs.com and ask us to delete your information, or to stop contacting you. We will remove it and confirm, and you do not need to give a reason.
